‘The light of my life’ March 29, 2025
I got Sunny (NHS Marley) on April 7, 2023, and she has been the light of my life ever since.
Sunny has the typical young golden retriever energy, and she’s not afraid to let people know when something is on her mind.
She is a staple in the NHS Education Department. She is a huge part of our camps, tours and other education events. She adores kids and is happy to help teach them how to greet an animal properly. Sunny’s favorite part of coming to work is seeing all of her coworkers (and all the scratches and treats she gets from them). She will greet everyone with a smile and her happy hops. She has been everything I have dreamed of for a first dog.
I am so grateful that NHS has brought me her and that she gets to come to work everyday to brighten as many days as possible. She has also been known to make some business deals from time to time.
