Loki’s ‘Zest for Life’ March 11, 2025

We adopted Loki in May 2022 from the shelter’s Diamond dog program. He had been at NHS for more than 10 months, and had only had one other adoption application, so we didn’t know what to expect.

He has been the sweetest boy, our daily companion with such a zest for life. Loki loves fetch, cheese and car rides — especially ones that include pup cups from Runza. It’s like he’s been a part of our lives forever, and we are so appreciative of everyone who cared for him at the shelter to set him up for success.
