‘Even more perfect than I anticipated’ April 4, 2025

On March 7, 2023, I adopted my tuxedo cat, Maeve (NHS Boots). I had another cat already, who was so incredibly lonely when I went to work during the day.

Maeve is such a bundle of joy and energy and love. I knew the second we came home that she was even more perfect than I anticipated. I now have three rescues, and I can’t imagine my life with out any of them.

NHS has brought so much joy to families looking to adopt, and to wonderful animals finding their forever homes. I will be forever thankful to NHS for bringing my sweet Maeve into my life. And I only hope everyone else can feel the same love I feel with my rescues. Keep up the great work!!!
