Barks & Rec date ends in adoption April 6, 2025

We adopted Scruggs, formerly McChicken in September 2024 after taking him out on a Barks and Rec date.

We had such a grand adventure, capped off with him falling asleep in our laps. That’s when we knew he was the perfect fit for our other boys, Wally and Clyde (also an NHS alum). We adopted Clyde (Benny the Bull) in April of 2023 after we lost our beloved Dr. Watson (another NHS alum—Marlin). All three of our boys love to play in the back yard and snuggle in bed!
